GCASH Temporarily Disabled
General Please be advised that starting 10 January 2012 , the www.bnrs.dti.gov.ph is only available to the PUBLIC every 5:00 P.M.-6:00 A.M. during weekdays and the whole day of Saturdays and Sundays. However, please be informed that payment by the PUBLIC should still be done through any of the DTI Offices nationwide since GCash facility is not available due to on-going system enhancements at the DTI.
